The Team

Ben Pahl

Director
Highly skilled. A natural leader. Relationship builder.

Ben is a seasoned construction professional with more than 20 years of experience in sectors such as Defence construction, oil and gas, and education. Prior to WILPAH, Ben has worked for some of the biggest names in the construction industry and has been responsible for the delivery of multi-million dollar ADF projects. His vast experience has come from a career encompassing everything from facilities maintenance through to the delivery of complex projects including 9 multi-story buildings. He is also a proven performer in remote, regional and difficult locations. Ben’s career track record is one of impeccable safety, attention to detail and leadership.

Rich Wilson

Director
Hard working. Solutions focused.

Having transitioned from the ADF following a 10-year career with the Royal Australian Air Force in Explosive Ordnance, Rich is now an experienced construction professional. His professional experience with secure, sensitive environments is an invaluable asset as well as ADF operational experience having served on domestic and international operations. Rich is experienced in delivering high-compliance construction projects across the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.
